Decatur, IN - First Bank of Berne recently made a donation of $1,500 to Love INC (In the Name of Christ) of Decatur. FBB Branch Manager Penny Parrish presented the donation to Claudia Karges, Executive Director of Love INC.
Love INC (In the Name of Christ) is the clearinghouse for the local churches. Through their network of Partner Churches, they are committed to serving people in need like the disabled, the poor, the elderly, single parents…anyone who is hurting.
Love INC may direct clients to other agencies, and can provide food, and possibly prescriptions. "Along with helping with physical needs, we also reach out to them with their spiritual needs which can lead to transformation of lives" stated Claudia Karges.
