Peru, IN - Jennifer Ash, Peru Branch Manager for First Bank of Berne recently presented a check of $2,000 to the faculty at Peru High School for their Student Needs Fund. First Bank of Berne funds donated to the Student Needs Fund will help low income high school kids with food, clothing, housing, or hygiene items until other agencies can step in to help provide for their needs.
First Bank of Berne is pleased to be able to provide these funds to the school. They believe that community work, volunteerism and giving back financially to local organizations is an essential part of their business.
