The Adams County Economic Development Corporation is a not-for-profit corporation that assists business development needs. ACEDC partners with local, regional and state agencies to promote economic development for businesses and individuals in Adams County. ACEDC offers a variety of services to help businesses and individuals grow.
ACEDC is currently working to create and implement a Housing Strategy to address workforce housing challenges throughout the county. They will work to engage local leadership to direct the effort, measure housing market potential, identify and overcome barriers to development, prioritize sites for development projects, design workforce housing to address talent attraction and retention, and build a pipeline of local buyers and renters. This effort will specifically target the challenges and needs in Adams County.
