Portland, IN. – First Bank of Berne made a $1,000 donation to Festival of Hispanics

The Festival of Hispanics brings a festival of culture to downtown Decatur. The festival brings Hispanic cuisine, music, dancing and merchants to celebrate the culture and have fun.
The donation helps fund to cost of renting the downtown plaza, paying for the dancers and musicians and other licensing needs.
